1. Who is responsible
AplicaProposta, Lda, owner of the registered brand BragaMob, with registered office at Rua Costa Gomes 25, 4700-262 Braga, Portugal, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@bragamobilityopen.com.
2. What data we collect
Through the "Request a proposal" form and by email: the name of your school or organisation, country, OID (optional), your name, professional email and phone (optional), and the details of the mobility you are planning. We never ask for participants' personal data on this website.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your request with a programme and a quote, to prepare the agreements if you go ahead, and to keep in contact about the mobility. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
4. Where it is stored and who processes it
- dominios.pt: hosting of this website, in Portugal.
- Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd): email. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- YouTube (Google): only when you click a video; see our cookie policy.
The contact form is sent by this website's own server, at dominios.pt, by email to the BragaMob team, and you receive an automatic confirmation at the email address you give. To limit abuse, the server keeps the IP address of each request in coded form and uses it only to count the requests of the last hour.
5. How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to a contract: 24 months after the last contact.
- Contract and accounting documents: 10 years, as required by Portuguese tax law.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, by writing to info@bragamobilityopen.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
