What your company receives
- A motivated trainee from your field, with their profile sent before arrival.
- Documents: BragaMob prepares the Learning Agreement and the Europass Mobility.
- Accommodation and meals arranged by BragaMob, in city-centre hotels and houses in Braga.
- Daily transport between the accommodation and your company.
- Follow-up: a BragaMob coordinator follows the trainee from the first to the last day, meets the group and visits the companies to talk with the tutors.
Your company's role
- An internship agreement: the company signs a short internship protocol with BragaMob.
- A tutor who guides the trainee day to day.
- Tasks in the trainee's field: see the examples by sector below.
- Signing the Learning Agreement before the placement starts.
- Incidents: the company tells BragaMob about any incident, such as an accident, a behaviour issue or missed working hours.
- Assessment on the last day: the tutor runs a theoretical and practical assessment, which is recorded, and signs the Europass Mobility.
- Documents: the company validates the internship documents.
Hours: 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday (30 hours a week). The working language is English; participants pick up basic Portuguese during the stay.

Insurance
Every participant arrives with health, liability and workplace accident insurance, arranged by the sending organisation or by the participant before the mobility, as Article 5 of the Erasmus+ grant agreement requires. The Learning Agreement records how each cover is organised.
