- PIC (Participant Identification Code) is the older identifier used in the Funding & Tenders portal; some templates and agreements still ask for it.

When is BragaMob the host organisation?
When the activity takes place with us and our team guides it: our training courses, internships in our own team, job shadowing with our staff and professional visits we host in Braga. When a participant works in another company or organisation, that organisation is the host and BragaMob is the supporting organisation. The Learning Agreement names the organisation where the activity takes place.
How do you list BragaMob in your Erasmus+ project?
Internships in companies: each company is the host organisation and is listed with its own OID. Before the mobility, we send you each company's details for the platform: name, address and OID.
BragaMob is the supporting organisation (OID E10053700). The Erasmus+ Programme Guide says that the involvement of a supporting organisation is subject to the approval of your National Agency, and that its role must be set out in writing with your organisation. Our service agreement does that.
Accredited organisations usually request that approval in their annual application. If yours did not, contact your National Agency before the first mobility.
Courses, job shadowing and visits: BragaMob is the host organisation when our team runs the activity. When a partner institution runs it, that institution is the host and BragaMob is the supporting organisation.
If one project has both kinds of activity, ask your National Agency how to record BragaMob in each. We send any data they ask for.
If you need factual information about us for your application (OID, PIC, ISO 9001 certificate, a sample programme or our service agreement), write to us.
