Nutrition

A ten-day blended course (live sessions plus guided work) on nutrition for teachers and students: dietotherapy, healthy diets for each age and group, personalised eating plans and nutrition plans for schools, care homes, hospitals and sports clubs. It also covers communication in health education and entrepreneurship in the food industry, through case studies and practical activities.
