Anti obesity healthy eating habits

A five-day course on preventing obesity and promoting healthy eating in schools: current data and European strategies, the causes of obesity and diabetes, and the role of diet and physical activity. Participants learn to run sessions with young people, with workshops and professional visits to a vocational school with a health course, a health association and a school canteen.
