Day 2The tutor and the virtual classroom
- The role of the tutor in the virtual classroom
- Developing online course activities and leading online discussions
- Teaching methods and techniques; approaching linguistic concepts
- Personal learning environment: Google Drive, Moodle and cloud systems
- E-portfolio and EdShelf with tablets
Day 3Designing asynchronous e-learning
- Methodological and didactic principles of asynchronous e-learning
- Virtual communication: moderating, activating and involving participants
- Planning an e-learning session and designing its content
- Techniques for classroom innovation
- Presentation tools beyond basic slides
Day 4Video, mobile and community tools
- Video tools for shared projects and presentations
- Mobile tools: podcasts, blogs, media sharing and quizzes
- Community tools: wikis and social networks for collaboration
- Working with Adobe Connect as an e-learning platform
